A growing beauty bar in Limassol is looking for a driven Sales & Client Experience Manager to lead product sales and service bookings. This role plays a key part in increasing revenue through in-salon sales, client conversion, follow-ups, and smart use of both digital and in-person sales strategies. The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with clients daily while supporting the business’s growth.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive in-salon product sales and service bookings
  • Actively convert walk-ins and existing clients into repeat customers
  • Promote services, packages, memberships, and retail products
  • Support and execute promotional campaigns and special offers
Client Engagement & Follow-Up
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication
  • Follow up with clients after appointments to encourage rebooking and upselling
  • Maintain a high standard of client experience aligned with the brand
Sales Strategy (Digital & In-Person)
  • Support digital sales efforts (WhatsApp, Instagram, booking platforms, CRM follow-ups)
  • Assist with creating and implementing simple sales strategies to boost bookings
  • Work closely with the team to align promotions with daily operations
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track sales performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Monitor product performance and service uptake
  • Prepare simple sales reports and insights for management
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average spend per client
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven sales experience (beauty, retail, hospitality, or similar client-facing environment)
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong persuasion and upselling skills without being pushy
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English (Greek or Russian is an advantage)
