MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieving targets on Sales of new and pre-owned cars
  • Performing test-drives and collecting customer’s opinions
  • Identifying and evaluating Dealer local market potential
  • Coordinating with After Sales Manager on all matters related to pre-owned car Sales
  • Convey to Prospects, Ferrari Brand experience, heritage and racing history
  • Build and maintain relations with prospects and clients by developing structured contact plans
  • Ensuring compliance of showroom operation standards as defined by a prestige Brand
  • Managing the Sales process to ensure maximum Customer Satisfaction in purchase experience
  • Organizing/Coordinating events to increase visibility
  • Social Media Administration
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in Sales, especially in the automotive industry. Experience in the luxury segment within any industry is desired
  • Passion and interest about the Automotive industry and luxury cars
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and provision of exceptional customer service
  •  High level of integrity and professionalism
  •  Ability to meet work deadlines
  •  Strong numeric skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (Knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  •  Excellent command of MS Office applications and CRM software
  •   Driver’s License
