MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Promote and market ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and other building materials to both individual customers and corporate clients.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and product presentations based on customer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with developers, contractors, architects, and construction companies.
- Keep an updated database of clients and sales activities to support efficient account management.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide management with regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years in sales.
- Previous experience in Ceramic tile & Sanitary ware industry is a PLUS.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Interior Design is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Greek languages both verbal and written.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
