GRS Recruitment is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join a leading player in the construction industry, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. Are you passionate about building lasting client relationships and driving business success? From conducting on-site visits to understanding project-specific requirements, you’ll offer customized solutions from a premium portfolio of construction products—helping to shape the future of the built environment.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and architects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand client needs and present suitable product solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Provide expert guidance on our product offerings, ensuring clients choose the best materials for their projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic client engagement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in ceramics, sanitary ware, aluminum, lighting fixtures, or related construction materials.
  • Strong network within the real estate and construction industry in Cyprus is an advantage.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
  • Fluency in Greek and/or English (additional languages are a plus).
