We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our client's team, serving HORECA clients across Cyprus. The role involves developing and managing relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses, with a focus on expanding the client base and increasing sales within existing accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for regular client visits, presenting products (food), negotiating terms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage strong relationships with HORECA clients across Cyprus

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector

Conduct regular client visits to present products and promote offerings

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies

Manage and grow existing client accounts to achieve sales targets

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Follow up on orders, resolve client issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction

Support timely collections in cooperation with the finance team

Maintain accurate records of client activity and sales performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven sales experience within the HORECA sector (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and verbal. Fluency in any other language will be considered an advantage.
- Valid driving licence
