Our client, a dynamic Consultancy Services company based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Permanent Secretary to become a vital part of their team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management and will have proven experience in an Administrator or Office Support role. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.

Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation efficiently.

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.

Prepare and organise correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordinate communication between different departments and external partners.

Support in handling client and supplier correspondence related to construction projects.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in a busy consultancy environment.

Assist with special projects and operational tasks as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in an Administrator or Office Support role

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.

Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

A proactive attitude and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
