DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.

Maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copy) in line with the firm’s policies.

Liaise with clients, courts, and other external parties depending on the exigencies.

Open and close client files in accordance with the firm’s procedures.

Prepare documentation for hearings, transactions, or client meetings.

Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant timelines.

Assist with tasks relating to the firm’s time management software.

Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with KYC and compliance documentation.

Ensure office supplies and resources are maintained efficiently.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
An A’ level Standard of education.
-
Be organised and meticulous in their work.
-
Able to converse fluently in both English and Maltese.
-
Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.
-
Relevant work experience is considered a strong asset but not essential for the role.
