MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for answering telephone calls, handling correspondence regarding client enquiries using an email system and taking messages

Organize the schedule of the cleaners when visiting clients in coordination with the Director of the Company
-
Coordinate with the Director of the Company regarding the annual contracts with the company’s clients
-
Prepare client invoices
-
Order and maintain stationery and equipment
-
Use of Microsoft Office, i.e., Word and Excel
-
Photocopy and print various documents
-
Keep diaries and arrange appointments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A minimum of 1 year in a secretarial/ office management role
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Fluency in Greek and English both written and verbal
-
A pleasant and confident telephone manner
-
Ability to plan your own work and meet deadlines
-
Ability to work under pressure and priorities tasks and workload
-
Team player
-
Reliable and honest character
