DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing legal support to corporate administrators on various corporate matters, including, but not limited to the amendment to or drafting of various corporate documents and procedures including but not limited to, the memorandum and articles of association, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.
  • Drafting or review and comments to corporate agreements including, but not limited to share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, option agreements, loan agreements and shareholder agreements.
  • Attending the court, signing affidavits and/or obtaining court orders for various corporate matters (including, but not limited to, incorporation of companies, amendments to memorandum, reduction of capital, late submissions, mergers, re-domiciliation etc.). 
  • Assisting with the establishment and management of trusts.
  • Assisting with preparations of applications and dealing with various public authorities for the purpose of obtaining Cyprus citizenship or Cyprus residency for clients in under the Cyprus Investment Program.
  • Reviewing and advising on various transaction structures and/or various legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective.
  • Providing legal advice on other legal, corporate and commercial matters.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University Degree in Law
  • Qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
  • 5 years + experience in a similar position (preferably in the ASP industry or law firm).
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both the Greek and English language.
  • Excellent communication skills.
