MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management: Develop and execute campaign strategies, audience segmentation and media budget allocation. Oversee setup, monitoring and optimization of campaigns across major platforms.

Digital Media Campaigns: Plan and manage Google ads and programmatic campaigns, including strategy, media budget allocation, set-up, optimization and performance tracking.

Overall Content Planning: Create and maintain content calendars, media plans and campaign deadlines

Performance Analysis: Evaluate social media campaigns presence and performance, Google ad results and local campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement

Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools and trends in digital marketing and social platforms

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and advertising agencies to deploy impactful digital activations

Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to the table and proactively suggest improvements or new content formats

Website Management: Maintain, update and optimize web content, appearance and layout

Ad-Hoc Duties: Support communication team with additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

KPIs: Ensure alignment with departmental key performance indicators
CANDIDATE PROFILE

BSc degree in Marketing, Communicating or Digital marketing
-
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role

Strong expertise in PPC platforms (Google ads, Meta ads)

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends
-
Proven experience in campaign setup, optimization and reporting

Comfortable working with data, analytics and tracking tools (GA4, pixels, tags)

Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)

Strong communication skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced industry

Knowledge of design software, AI tools and SEO strategies will be considered an advantage
