Our client, a reputable Forex trading company, is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales & Technical Onboarding Engineer on a remote basis. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support sales teams with technical discovery, solution design, and pre-sales expertise.
- Work with clients to understand infrastructure, hosting, security, scalability, and operational requirements.
- Design and recommend solutions across VPS, dedicated servers, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and managed hosting environments.
- Lead technical onboarding, implementation, and deployment projects from sale through launch.
- Act as a technical advisor for clients, partners, and internal teams throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, product, support, and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Create technical documentation, solution plans, and deployment strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer environments, service adoption, and account growth.
- Represent our client at industry events and partner meetings.
- Contribute to improving processes, customer experience, and the future development of B2B solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, hosting, DevOps, or solutions engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of VPS, dedicated servers, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes environments.
- Understanding of networking, DNS, security, firewalls, load balancing, and high-availability systems.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong organisation, project management, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working remotely within a global team.
- Experience in fintech, trading technology, brokerage, or related technical environments.
- Background working with cloud, hosting, infrastructure, or managed service providers.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerised systems and scalable deployments.
- Understanding of enterprise customers, account growth, and business-driven technical decisions.
- Experience engaging with clients, conferences, or industry events.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €40,000 - €60,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
