MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification to achieve marketing targets
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with their brand voice and objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
  • Optimise the campaigns continuously, by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
  • Set up and optimize company pages & social ads within each platform to increase the visibility of the Company’s social content
  • Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analysing data, and consulting with internal and external sources
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is appealing, informative and converting
  • Develop, implement, and manage their social media strategy across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
  • Develop own goals and performance metrics for organic posts and media campaigns; optimise and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Build brand awareness by partnering with marketing, sales, and operations team members to create quality and engaging content
  • Explore and evaluate emerging content platforms and tools to build strategies for implementing effective campaigns which drive the Company’s communication strategy
  • Stay abreast of the market to react quickly with relevant content
  • Daily monitoring of social media channels for comments and mentions. Respond promptly and genuinely to user interactions, whether they are inquiries, feedback, or compliments. Actively engage in conversations, ask questions, and encourage discussions around their brand
  • Engage with followers, potential clients, and industry influencers to build a strong online community.
  • Partner with influencers to host giveaways or contests on their social media channels
  • Create strategic and tactical social media calendars – keeping in mind brand consistencies, localised messaging, tone of voice etc.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all their social media profiles, including profile pictures, cover photos, and bio descriptions.
  • Own the relationships with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and other primary/key partnerships for direct platform updates and optimization suggestions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Solid experience in social media marketing within the financial services or trading industry
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
  • Experience in social media for international market
  • Knowledge of forex trading and financial markets
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
