GRS Recruitment is delighted to partner with a Luxury Hotel seeking a Spa/Wellness Manager to lead their luxurious spa and wellness facility in Limassol. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Wellness Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the Wellness Department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, consistently high service standards, strong team performance, and the achievement of departmental business objectives. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the Wellness team, including Spa, Fitness, Beauty, Reception, and Retail operations.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistently high luxury service standards.
- Manage, train, motivate, and develop the Wellness team.
- Drive sales, revenue, memberships, treatments, packages, and retail performance.
- Manage guest relations, feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and training programmes.
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and departmental costs.
- Support sales, marketing, promotions, events, and new business development.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental objectives, budgets, and overall performance to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
- Work closely with other departments and management to ensure an excellent overall guest experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous management experience in a Spa, Wellness, Fitness, Beauty, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in team management, guest relations, and sales.
- Strong understanding of wellness/spa operations and luxury service standards.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and operational management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Relevant Wellness, Spa, Beauty, or Hospitality qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Dynamic and guest-focused luxury hospitality environment committed to delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Requires standing and active movement for extended periods throughout the shift.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000 - €38,000 Gross Per Annum.
