- Virtualization technologies
- Firewalls & Network Security
- CISCO Switching & Routing
- WiFi Architecture
- Backups & Disaster recovery
- Microsoft infrastructure
- Cybersecurity technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve client incidents
- Work with business team to design technical solutions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- IT graduate with passion for tech
- Systems Engineer with 2–4 years of experience
- Positive attitude, responsible and willingness to learn
- Problem-solver with teamwork mindset
- Knowledge of servers, storage systems, virtualization & networking
- CISCO / WatchGuard / Microsoft certifications is a plus
