MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Manage, configure, and support our suite of trading platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Implement software updates and upgrades to keep our systems ahead of the curve
- Ensure servers are optimized, secure, and performing at peak capacity
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams when needed
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and incident reporting
- Conduct system audits to uphold the highest standards of security and reliability
- Be hands-on with multiple leading trading platforms, including MetaTrader, cTrader, Condor, and DXtrade
- Ensure smooth operations, lightning-fast performance, and rock-solid reliability for platforms used globally
- Integrate cutting-edge APIs and plugins like TradingView, Brokeree, Trading Central, and more
- Work with CRM and other business systems to create seamless, efficient workflows
- Monitor servers, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that make a real impact
- Play a critical role in security, compliance, and data integrity across all trading platforms
CANDIATE PROFILE
- Proven experience as an Integration Specialist or Platform Administrator in Forex or Financial Services
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of trading platform architecture and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading operations is a strong plus
