Our client a boutique travel firm based in Malta are currently working with GRS to recruit a Travel Consultant. For this role we are looking for someone with a strong sales background with experience in a sales position within the travel/hospitality industry and knowledge of various reservations systems. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stays informed of all airline rules, regulations, and current affairs and communicates information accurately and appropriately.

Knowledge of a Central Reservation System: Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre is considered an asset.

Maintain and assist with statistical and financial records

Supports 24/7 environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong geographical knowledge and a passion for travel.

Ability to work well in a highly pressurized environment, and ability to adapt quickly to increases in travel request volumes.

Ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with clients.

Strong written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.
