MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of a number of ships as assigned by the department’s Manager.

Identifying cheapest flights according to the vessels schedule.
-
Making the flight bookings/issuance for crew using the Amadeus GDS.

Handling different travel accounts of clients.
-
Sending emails with flight details.
-
Refunds of bookings.
-
Processing hotel reservations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 1 year of experience. Relevant experience in fight ticket for seafarers or marine crew will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
-
Excellent command of English.
-
Strong organizational skills.
-
Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
-
Attention to detail.
-
Computer Literacy.
